My first big company felt like a school, where I learned a way built over many years 🏫

When I was sent to a big company as a temp and worked there, at first I thought it was like school.

It was my first time working at a company that was founded over 40 years ago.

The knowledge of many different people has piled up there, so rather than making my own way, it felt like learning a way that was already built with care.

The wording of the emails and the format of the reports were already decided, and I thought that here, carrying things out exactly as the manual says, without mistakes, is what matters.

I think people who are good at learning things carefully, and at following the steps exactly, are very suited to the work of a big company.
