📚 STUDY AND ENGLISH🧠 KNOWLEDGE METABO · PART 1 OF 3

I Knew More.
I Moved Less.

A story about getting too full of information

Always Listening

I am the kind of person who wears AirPods all day.
It is because I want to put some kind of information into my head.
While moving, doing housework, and before sleep, I keep Audible, Spotify podcasts, or YouTube playing.
Even when I sleep, silence makes me feel that I have to learn something or do something, so listening to news has become my daily habit.

Smarter, Slower

I felt like I was getting smarter.
But I was not moving at all.
Also, somehow, I was always tired.

Unused Becomes Fat

Food becomes fat if you do not use it.
Things you hear may be the same.
If you do not use them, they stay inside as “maybe I will use this someday.”
My body was not getting fat, but maybe my mind was getting fatter and fatter.
