But they leave really just 3 or 4, or about 10 strands of side hair falling on purpose.

Why Not Up?

Why do they do this? It seems that by leaving about 3 strands falling at the sides, the face looks smaller.

It seems your face looks smaller, a bit slimmer, and you make a better impression.

If I feel like it, maybe next time I will try leaving a few strands at the sides of my bangs.
