If you ride a bike in Korea, use the Seoul city share bikes 🚲

I rode a bike in Korea.

The bikes in Korea were very easy to ride.

Just riding normally was fun.

I rented the bike near Lotte World in Seoul.

There are 2 kinds of rental bikes in Korea.

Bikes that the Seoul city government offers, and bikes that private Korean companies offer.

The price is totally different between these 2.

This green bike is probably run by a private Korean company.

It looks very cool.

But I think it cost about 1,000 yen for 1 hour.

My memory is a little fuzzy, but anyway, I think it cost about 1,000 yen.

On the other hand, this one is the bike sharing service run by Seoul city.

I think this one was about 100 yen for 1 hour.

The price really changes by about 10 times.

The hard part was that when I tried to install the Seoul bike app after I arrived in Korea, it was quite difficult.

I struggled a lot.

I thought I should have installed the Seoul bike app while I was still in my own country, Japan.

That is my regret and my lesson.

If you want to ride a bike and move around cheaply in Korea, it may be good to download the bike share app that Seoul city offers before you go.

The bike ride itself was really fun.
