Hidden Rule

Pomodoro has a rule that not many people know.

Do Not Move

Even if you finish early, you do not go to the next task.

Look Back

You use the rest of the time to look back at your work.

⚡ TRY IT
You finished early! Now what?
1 tap = 1 minute. Use the time that is left.
✅ Done early! 18:00 / 25:00 7 min left
😖 The itch: "Go next!" 🐜
🧘 Patience 0 ✨ Mistakes fixed 0
Your body says: "Go to the next task, now!"
👟 You jumped ahead… and the itch got bigger.
🔍 You looked back at your work. The itch got a little smaller.
✨ You found a small mistake and fixed it!
🧘 The itch is small now. You did not rush, and your work got better.
😵 Rushing made the itch bigger, not smaller.
The Itch

This is practice to get used to the itchy feeling of "I want to go next, fast."

It Hit Me
