How to catch a Grab at Terminal 2 of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA2) 🚕

At KLIA2, the Grab pickup area is on a lower floor (I think it was the basement).

So, if you use Grab, when you arrive, first look for an escalator going down, and go down to the basement.

If it is not there, Grab cannot come to pick you up.
