Jalan Alor in Kuala Lumpur was much quieter than Khaosan Road in Bangkok 🏮

I went to a famous place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, called Jalan Alor.

Before, when I went on a solo trip to Thailand, I went to see the night food stalls on Khaosan Road.

So I thought Jalan Alor might also be a street like Khaosan Road.

But it was totally different.

Khaosan Road turns the volume up much, much more.

Jalan Alor was very calm, and much quieter compared to Khaosan Road.

Also, there are so many Chinese shops on Jalan Alor.

Maybe because of that, the shop people also talked to us in Chinese.

But sometimes, maybe because they found out I was Japanese, they talked to me in broken Japanese, like "Hey, big brother, come here, come here."

That made me a little happy.

Just walking was a lot of fun.

It is a famous tourist spot in Kuala Lumpur, so I passed many Japanese people and people from many countries.

I heard many different languages.
