📚 STUDY AND ENGLISH🧠 KNOWLEDGE METABO · PART 2 OF 3

I Could Not Move Because I Looked for the Answer.

A crocheted penguin with an overstuffed backpack standing still in a maze of blank signs and many doors
👂Many opinions
✅?There must be an answer
🔎I need to know more
🧍Still in the same place
Why I Froze

This is the next part of the last story.
I thought about why too much input makes me unable to move.

The Wrong Order

Maybe the order is like this.
I listen to many people’s opinions.
Then I start to feel that there is a correct answer in this world.
But I do not know it yet.
So I listen to more.
I have to know more, and more, and in the end I do not move from that place.

Getting Closer

Each time I learned something, I thought I was getting closer to the correct answer.
But in fact, only one idea was growing: “There is a correct answer.”

A Psychologist Said

I remembered a quote.
It seems to be words from a psychologist named William James.

“Wisdom is knowing what to overlook.”

The Words Today

Today’s words: “Wisdom is knowing what to overlook.”
