I lived in the Philippines, but it felt like I was living in Korea 🐧

The place I lived in Clark was called The Villages.

It felt like about 80 percent of the residents were Korean, 10 percent Filipino, and 10 percent Chinese. I heard Korean around me every day.

I really was in the Philippines, but it never felt like the Philippines at all. It felt like I had been living in Korea. Even the buildings all looked Korean.

But it was a very safe area. Safe enough that it did not feel like the Philippines. The Philippines is safe these days anyway, but this place was safe on another level. Safe enough that you could probably walk around at any hour of the night. That is the kind of good place I lived in.
