Many places to stay in Malaysia are apartment-style 🏢

Booked On Agoda

On this trip, I mainly booked hotels on Agoda.

Apartment Style

What surprised me was that in Malaysia, there are many apartment-style places to stay, not hotels.

Because it is apartment-style, after you book on Agoda, the host contacts you on an app like WhatsApp: "Check in like this," "Use the room like this," "Check out like this."

Somehow, it often ends up being a stay like Airbnb.

Two Check-ins

Where I got stuck was that, at some places, there are 2 check-ins: a "check-in to enter the room" and a "check-in to enter the building."

Read the PDFs and other documents sent on WhatsApp carefully too.

Clean And Cheap

But in return, everywhere in Malaysia, you can stay in clean places for cheap!

Also, the hosts often send very kind messages.

Pool And Gym

In Malaysia, you can stay at places like apartments, or condominiums.

Of course, you have a room.

Also, I could freely use the pool, sports ground, gym, and more that come with the condominium.

Evening Break

In the evening, there was a space in the condominium where you can rest, so I spaced out here for a while.

High And Breezy

There was an open space high up, on the 30-something floor, so I rested a little.

The breeze was really good, and it felt good after all.
